Gentlemen:
On February 26, 2003 Weeks & Associates observed perimeter drain at the referenced site.
Observations indicate 4-inch diameter perforated pipe wrapped the walls of the above grade
basement walls and sloped to the sump pit near the middle of the west side of the basement.
The drain pipe installation is in substantial accordance with the perimeter drain
recommendations for the project.
