Dear Building Department Personnel:
This letter is to inform you that Village Homes is changing the mechanical contractor for
the Observatory Village Project (aka Willow Brook). Northern Colorado Air is no longer
our mechanical sub -contractor. We will be using Canyon Mechanical for all HVAC.
