of this date regarding
C. 0. inspections for
sidewalks. !
We hereby certify to you and the City of Ft. Collins that we
shall make any necessary sidewalk repairs, as normally re—
quired now to get a Certificate of Occupancy.
However, it is our understadding that this work shall not be
a condition of issuing the C.O. This arrangement will work
much better for us, because we have had to absorb many weeks
of utility bills that were really not our obligation because
we could not get the electricity chagged to the proper party.

This arrangement/in agreement with previous conversations
with Mr. Liquin add also the results of the City and Contractors
study groups.
