October 12, 1979 Mr. William Waldo City of Fort Collins Fort Collins, Colorado 80521 Re: Model Home Sales Office Four Seasons PUD Dear Mr. Waldo: We wish to modify two garages so that they can be used as a Sales Office for the Four Seasons PUD. The two garages are attached to each other and on Lot 10 (937 Arbor Avenue) and Lot 11 (931 Arbor Avenue). These 2 Lots are part of our 5 Lot (house) model complex. Four Seasons will be a 5 to 10 year project, thus, we think this Sales Office and Model Complex will probably be used for at least 3 years as such. Submitted with this letter are 2 copies of the revised plan for the sales office and the required building permit appli- cation. When we are through with the Sales/Model Complex, the 2 garages would be changed back to the plan as originally submitted and approved. We request your review and approval. Sin e ely, V M.
