On November 19, 20, and 21, 2002, Weeks & Associates observed the footings and foundation
wall steel at the referenced site as requested.
Observations indicate the footing sizes and foundation wall steel were in substantial accordance
with the revised foundation plan and recommendations for the project by Weeks & Associates,
Inc., Project No. 22002.
