Gentlemen:
We have visually observed the wall reinforcing and void material placed in the forms for the rear
deck pilasters at the residence under construction at Lot 28, Registry Ridge 1 st, (1520 Forrestal
Drive), a subdivision of Fort Collins, Colorado. This observation was performed on December 8,
2003.
It is our opinion that the reinforcement was in general conformance with the foundation plan,
drawn by KLP Engineering, dated November 20, 2003.
