Gentlemen:
We have visually observed the footing forms placed at the residence under construction at Lot 6,
Block 12, West Chase, (6438 Carmichael), a subdivision ofFort Collins, Colorado. This observation
was performed on January 20, 2003. 5 j'
It is our opinion that the form widths and steel reinforcing for the footings and pads were in general
conformance with the foundation plan, drawn by MNA, Inc., Plan No. 1021. No substantial amounts
of loose material were noted below footing, wall or pad bearing locations.
This observation does not, nor was it intended to cover setback requirements. It is the
contractors/owners responsibility to verify that the home has been located within the appropriate
building setbacks.
