Gentlemen:
On October 6, 2003, Weeks & Associates observed the perimeter drain at the referenced site.
Observations indicated a 4" diameter perforated pipe had been placed around the exterior
perimeter of the two basement foundations and sloped to a sump pit in each basement near the
adjacent garage. The drain pipe installation is in substantial accordance with the perimeter
drain recommendations for the project. In addition, the exterior of the basement foundation
walls had been damproofed.
