Gentlemen:
We have visually observed the wall reinforcing placed in the forms at the residence under
construction at Lot 144, Registry Ridge 3rd, (1421 Curtiss Court), a subdivision of Fort Collins,
Colorado. This observation was performed on November 13, 2002.
It is our opinion that the reinforcement was in general conformance with the foundation plan,
drawn by KLP, Plan No. 4023.
