Attached is the advertisement from the Yellow Pages of the local phone book.
We hired Scott McBlair, C & S Home Improvement and Remodeling, to finish our
basement in August 2003. From his ad we believed he was licensed. He is not_
He did all the electric, plumbing and finishing of our basement. It was completed
for final inspection February 27, 2004.
