Gentlemen:
We have visually observed the footing forms placed at the residence under construction at Lot 8,
Block 14, West Chase, (6402 Garrison Court), a subdivision of Fort Collins, Colorado. This
observation was performed on November 19, 2002.
It is our opinion that the form widths and steel reinforcing for the pads were in general conformance
with the foundation plan, drawn by Cobb Associates, Plan No. 5019. No substantial amounts of
loose material were noted below footing, wall or pad bearing locations.
This observation does not, nor was it intended to cover setback requirements. It is the
contractors/owners responsibility to verify that the home has been located within the appropriate
building setbacks.

Gentlemen:
We have visually observed the wall reinforcing placed in the forms at the residence under
construction at Lot 8, Block 14, West Chase, (6402 Garrison Court), a subdivision of Fort Collins,
Colorado. This observation was performed on November 21, 2002.
It is our opinion that the reinforcement was in general conformance with the foundation plan, drawn
by Cobb Associates, Plan No. 5019.
