Gentlemen:
We have visually observed the wall reinforcing placed in the forms at the residence under
construction at Lot 15, Block 3, West Chase, (6114 Tilden Street), a subdivision of Fort Collins,
Colorado. This observation was performed on December 10, 2002.
It is our opinion that the reinforcement was in general conformance with the foundation plan, drawn
by Cobb Associates, Job No. 6203610.
