Re: Foundation, damp proofing, and perimeter drain Inspection Lot 5, Cottonwood Ridge
Subdivision (4927 Pyrenees Drive) Fort Collins, CO.
Gentlemen:
Inspections were done of the footing, foundation walls and foundation drain at the
referenced location. All observed footing and wall dimensions and reinforcing steel met
the specifications for size, type and installation per foundation plan prepared by
Landmark Engineers. The perimeter foundation drain and damp proofing were installed
in general conformance with the foundation plan.
