sections of the Uniform Codes as adopted by the City of Fort Collins:
THE 2002 NATIONAL ELECTRICAL CODE SECTIONS 600.21 A, D, & F; 600.23 B'
F; AND f900.32 Al REGARDING IMPROPER INSTALLATION OF NEON SIGNS
AT 110 W. DRAKE ROAD WITHOUT PERMIT'S. THE SIGNS .ARE TO BE
DISCONNECTED UPON RECEIPT OF THIS NOTICE. APERMIT IS TO BE
OBTAINED WITH A LICENSED NEON SIGN INSTALLER LISTED ON THE
PERMIT, THE WORK, IS CORRECTED AND INSPECTIONS ARE MADE.
These Code violations shall be corrected by: 03/20/2004
If you .cannot comply within the time limit specified, please contact this oEce and
etiplain any mitigating circumstances you feel may be cause for an extension, ozher�azse
you will be served a court summons and be subject to a maximuu-n fine of1000_�0 per
day per violation
