Gentlemen:
We have visually observed the footing forms placed at the residence under construction at Lot
206, Registry Ridge 3rd, (1509 Coral Sea Court), a subdivision of Fort Collins, Colorado. This
observation was performed on November 29, 2002.
It is our opinion that the form widths and steel reinforcing for the pads were in general
conformance with the foundation plan, drawn by Cobb Associates, Job No. 6203132. No
substantial amounts of loose material were noted below footing, wall or pad bearing locations.
This observation does not, or was it intended to cover setback requirements. It is the
contractors/owners responsibility to verify that the home has been located within the appropriate
building setbacks.
