Gentlemen:
We have visually observed the wall reinforcing placed in the forms at the residence under
construction at Lot 209, Registry Ridge 3rd, (1509 Coral Sea Court), a subdivision of Fort
Collins, Colorado. This observation was performed on December 9, 2002.
It is our opinion that the reinforcement was in general conformance with the foundation plan
drawn by Cobb Associates, Plan No. 0206340.
