RE: Energy Code Final Inspection on 2715 Sage Creek Rd, Fort Collins, CO 80528
This rater completed from -plans rating on James Company's on its 1850 stock plan revised on 12
July 2002. This two-story plan has cement foundation (not structural subfloor), no unusual
options, with 77% heated full depth basement and 23% heated crawl space. 260 square feet of
the plan is over the garage. Main level has nine -foot ceiling height, upper level eight. Subject is
north facing, with 3-car garage right. It is on the SW corner of Old Mill Road and Sage Creek.
Windows, except for front door and basement, are Low-E. Subject has a closed combustion
furnace, Aire -Flo model AF90MPE1004U. Water heater is State Select PR640XBRTD, 38
gallon EF 57 on tank. This is the first time rater has seen this water heater in the subdivision.
Attic had between 14 and 15 inches of blown fiberglass insulation. Crawl had R-19.
Home is substantially build to specifications submitted with the from -plans ratings. Please do not
withhold issuance of the certificate of occupancy for reason of noncompliance with the Fort
Collins Energy Code. It was substantially built to the specifications submitted with the plans.
