Gentlemen:
We have visually observed the wall reinforcing and void material placed in the forms at the
residence under construction at Lot 74, Registry Ridge 3rd, (1339 Vinson Street), a subdivision
of Fort Collins, Colorado. This observation was performed on November 18, 2002.
It is our opinion that the reinforcement was in general conformance with the foundation plan,
drawn by NINA Inc., Plan No. 1021.
