Gentlemen:
We have visually observed the footing forms placed at the residence under construction at Lot
269, Richards Lake, (1863 Mainsail Drive), a subdivision of Fort Collins, Colorado. This
observation was performed on August 29, 2002.
It is our opinion that the form widths and steel reinforcing for the footings and pads were in
general conformance with the foundation plan drawn by Scott, Cox & Associates, Inc., Plan No.
1197-42-06-01. No substantial amounts of loose material were noted below footing, wall or pad
bearing locations.
This observation does not, nor was it intended to cover setback requirements. It is the
contractors/owners responsibility to verify that the home has been located within the appropriate
building setbacks.

Gentlemen:
We have visually observed the wall reinforcing placed in the forms at the residence under
construction at Lot 269, Richards Lake, (1863 Mainsail Drive), a subdivision of Fort Collins,
Colorado. This observation was performed on September 3, 2002.
It is our opinion that the reinforcement was in general conformance with our foundation plan, Job
No. 1197-42-06-01.
