COMMENTS:
Retest blower door test of 1469 Sailcrest Ct, Fort Collins, CO 80526 by
Evenson Enterprises Inc for purposes of Energy Code Compliance.
Original test of 26 February 2003 failed to reach the City's 5.0 ac/hr
standard, coming in at 5.79 at 50 Pascals pressure. Builder discovered
a cantilever not completely sealed, did work between the garage and
interior, caulked around dryer vent, improved attic access sealin, and
completed all the other tightenings suggested by rater.
This is Seier Construction's Serenity plan, interior unit, north facing
with gas forced air fireplace, no basement finishing.
Results of this retest after completing all the tightening that is
practical to do at this stage of construction came in at 5.08 air changes
per hour at 50 Pascal's pressure. While this is slightly over the stand-
ard, rater suggests passing it as all the practical retro work has been
completed by the builder.
