A representative of Terracon observed the exterior and interior footing sizes and wall
steel reinforcement for the above referenced lot on October 3 and 7, 2003, as
requested.
Observations made during the foundation construction indicate that the exterior and
interior footing sizes and wall steel placements were in general accordance with the
plans for this project.
