Pursuant to our telephone conversation, this rnemo provides written approval to release the Building
Permit for Tenant Finish 900=83 for Silver Mine Subs, located at 1281 East Magnolia (Mulberry —
Lemay Crossing). Dohn Construction Ina has provided the district with floor plan information and
business owner contact information for the proposed end use of the site.
Review of all information provided to the district by the general contractor has satisfied district
requirements for review and comment on the proposed tenant finish for permit f180300283.
