Gentlemen:
We have visually observed the wall reinforcing placed in the forms at the residence under
construction at Lot 7, Block 12, West Chase, (6432 Carmichael), a subdivision of Fort Collins,
Colorado. This observation was performed on November 11, 2002.
It is our opinion that the reinforcement was in general conformance with the foundation plan, drawn
by MNA, Plan No. 22101-1021.
