Gentlemen:
On November 20, 2002, Weeks & Associates observed the perimeter drain at the referenced
site. Observations indicated a 4" diameter perforated pipe had been placed around the exterior
perimeter of the basement foundation and sloped to the sump pit at the south side of the
basement. The drain pipe installation is in substantial accordance with the perimeter drain
recommendations for the project. In addition, the exterior of the basement foundation walls had
been damproofed.
