Structural Engineers November 20, 2002 Dohn Construction 2642 Midpoint Drive, Unit A Fort Collins, Colorado 80525 Re: Jones Residence Lot 13, Block 10, Fossil Lake 6343 Rookery Road Larimer County, Colorado Project No. 22402 Gentlemen: On November 20, 2002, Weeks & Associates observed the perimeter drain at the referenced site. Observations indicated a 4" diameter perforated pipe had been placed around the exterior perimeter of the basement foundation and sloped to the sump pit at the south side of the basement. The drain pipe installation is in substantial accordance with the perimeter drain recommendations for the project. In addition, the exterior of the basement foundation walls had been damproofed.
