Such unauthorized occupancy or use is in violation of the applicable Fort Collins building codes. The contractor of record and/or property owner(s) is hereby notified: Either a CO or LOC authorizing occupancy or use must be obtained not later than the end of business day, Tuesday, February 18, 2003 Failure to comply by the date specified without prior approval for an extension may result in one or more of the following actions: 1. Utilities disconnected. 2. A disciplinary hearing against the contractor of record. 3. An order to vacate the building. 4. A court summons issued to the owner and/or contractor of record. If you need a final building inspection, you must pay a $50 special inspection fee since your permit has already expired. If you are not ready for a final building inspection, you must pay 1/2 your original permit fee or $50, whichever is greater, in order to reinstate your permit.
