This is to certify that on the 18th day of
November, A.D. 2003, a survey was made,
under my supervision, of 3214 Ledgestone
Court, which is Lot 9, Block 1, Fossil Lake
P.U.D. Second Filing, City of Fort Collins,
County of Larimer, State of Colorado, and
the two-story frame residence was found to
be entirely within the boundary lines as
shown on this plat. The locations and
dimensions of all buildings, improvements,

known to me and encroachments by or on
