On December 12 and 19, 2002, a representative of Weeks & Associates observed the footings
and wall reinforcement steel at the referenced site.
Based on our observations it is our opinion the footing sizes and foundation wall reinforcement
steel were in substantial accordance with the engineered foundation plan for the project by
Weeks & Associates, Inc., Project No. 22431.
