I hereby state that the elevations and drainage pattern shown on the enclosed Final Grade
Survey Plan were developed from a survey performed on the referenced property on November
18, 2003, and accurately and truly depict the elevations as they existed on this date. To the
best of my knowledge, the surveyed grading is in compliance with the approved grading plan.
The relative elevations as depicted may change subsequent to the date of the survey, due to
the subsidence or upheaval of soil, addition r removal of soils by acts of man, erosion by wind
or water or other factors. Therefore, this s ^ .ey may not accurately depict the elevations and

You, the owner must maintain these elevations and grades to properly drain the water away

result of changes made in the finished grades.
