The Residential Sprinkler system being installed under building permit nuo ber B0302801 hn7as
been turned off/winterized and thus is currently not available for back flow" tasting and city
inspection. As the permit expiration date is approaching, I am requesting the one-time, no fee,
180-day extension on said permit number for the residential sprinkler system at 1920 Fossil
Creek Pkwy.
