Gentlemen:
We have visually observed the` placed in the forms at the residence under
construction at Lot 1, Registry Ridge, (6903 Ranger Drive), a subdivision of Fort Collins,
Colorado. This observation was performed on August 12, 2002.
It is our opinion that the reinforcement was in general conformance with the foundation plan
drawn by Cobb & Associates, Job No. 6202310.
