Gentlemen:
We have visually observed the wall reinforcing and void material placed in the forms at the residence
under construction at Lot 8, Block 9, Westchase, (2221 Andrews Street), a subdivision of Fort
Collins, Colorado. This observation was performed on September 19, 2002.
It is our opinion that the reinforcement was in general conformance with the foundation plan, drawn
by KLP, Plan No. 4028.
