We received the attached notice of Permit Expiration yesterday in the mail. Apparently,
our contractor, AA Plumbing, never requested a final inspection for the water heater that
was installed at our home, at 5313 Fairway Six Drive.
We would like to request a 180-day extension of the permit at this time. Until the end of
November, we are unable to be at our home for an inspection during your inspection
hours. We will request an inspection during the last week ofNovember when my husband
will be on vacation.
If there are any questions, or if a faxed extension request is not acceptable, please call us
