Subject is Seier Construction's Serenity plan, an interior unit. Unit is
south facing with the top two feet of the foundation at the rear elevation
and approvimately 1/3 of the left elevation at that site being frame
construction rather than all concrete foundation walls. Basement is un-
finished.
Builder uses a technique of providing a hose to the plumbing trap serving
the laundry hookup to fill that trap.
The Code requires that infiltration be 5.00 air changes per hour or less
at 50 Pascals of pressure. Subject tests at 3.72 ac/hr at that pressure,i.e
passes the air infitration test. Do not withhold issurance of the Certifi-
cate of Occupancy for non-compliance with the air infiltration standard.
