Box 503 Fort Collins, Colorado 80521-0503 (970)484-0359 Fax: (970) 484-0454 l$51 6YijV -wcLiC✓ Dr: A representative from Terracon observed the exterior perimeter drainage system at the above referenced address within the Richard's Lake Subdivision on July 11, 2003, as requested. At the time of our site visit, a 4-inch diameter, perforated PVC pipe had been placed around the exterior perimeter of the basement foundation and was observed to exhibit positive gravity flow toward a sump pit located in the lower level/basement portion of the residence. Washed gravel was observed below and above the pipe and drainage filter fabric was placed above the gravel. The waterproof dampening was also observed and in our opinion was uniformly applied to the exterior foundations. In our opinion the perimeter drainage system was constructed in general accordance with the plans and specifications for the project.
