A representative of Terracon observed the foundation footing sizes and wall steel for the
referenced project on August 28 and September 3, 2002, as requested.
Observations made during the foundation construction indicate that the foundation
footing sizes and the wall steel placements were in general accordance with the plans
and specifications for this project.
