A representative of Terracon observed the foundation footing sizes and wall steel for the above
referenced address on June 30 and July 2, 2003, as requested.
Observations of the in -place foundation construction indicate that the footing sizes and foundation
wall steel placements were in general accordance with the plans for this project.
