Dear Mr. Neil:
On April 9 at a regular Landmark Preservation Commission meeting,
the Commission approved three awnings at'211-213 Jefferson
Street, subject to staff administrative approval of anal
drawings. for the awnings, mounting directions, and their
placement. You have submitted this information to me which I
have attached, and I am approving them. I have placed a note in
the Building Permits Plus system, notifying that these awnings
are approved. As is our normal procedure, I will be giving a
copy to Gary Lopez in the Building Inspection Department. The
awnings are fixed frame, slant front, and with loose valances.

You should bring this letter with
