Gentlemen:
We have visually observed the wall reinforcing placed in the f rms at the residence under
construction at Lot 21, Block 7, West Chase, (2132 Baldwin subdivision of Fort Collins,
Colorado. This observation was performed on April 15, 2003.
It is our opinion that the reinforcement was in general conformance with the foundation plan,
drawn by Scott, Cox & Associates, Inc., Job No. 1782-69-03-01. In addition, the measured top
of foundation was 0.3' higher than that of the proposed elevation indicated on the plot plan
supplied by the client.
