Gentlemen:
We have visually observed the wall reinforcing placed in the forms at the residence under
construction at Lot 4, Block 13, West Chase, (2221 Merlot Court), a subdivision of Fort Collins,
Colorado. This observation was performed on June 9, 2003.
It is our opinion that the reinforcement was in general conformance with the foundation plan, drawn
by MNA, Inc., Plan No. 1025.
