Mr. Weiman:
A representative of Terracon observed the foundation footing sizes and wall steel
for the referenced project on September 4 and 10, 2002, as requested.
Observations made during the foundation construction indicate that the
foundation footing sizes and wall steel placements were in general accordance
with the plans for this project.
