A open hole inspection was conducted at the above site on or about May 12, 2002.
Footing design was consistent with supporting soils.
Footing forming and reinforcing was inspected on May 12, 2002. All work was in
accordance with design documents.
Foundation wall reinforcing and forming was inspected on March April 17, 2002.
Damp proofing and perimeter drainage was inspected on May 24, 2002.
