Mr. Moore,
Recently I performed an inspection of the above referenced address, the purpose of which
was to determine compliance with the Non -Owner Occupied Housing Standard as
adopted by the City. My inspection has identified the following items as needing general
maintenance repair:
1. Replace the kitchen ceiling mounted light fixture. One bulb flickers and there
appears to be a loose or worn electrical connection.
2. Remove, for the tenant, the bulb inside the kitchen range as the glass is broken.
3. Repair and/or replace damaged window screens.
These items are to be corrected within 15 days of receipt of this letter. Please notify me
when completed in order to clear this file.
