Professional Plan Review Option

The undersigned acknowledges that the construction plans submitted for the
proposed building identified below, may not have been reviewed by the City for
structural sufficiency, completeness, or accuracy in determining compliance with
City codes and ordinances at the time of the permit issuance.
The undersigned acknowledges further that as a condition of issuing a building
permit said plans must have been reviewed and each page of the plans certified by
the "wet stamp" of a qualified professional engineer or architect licensed by the
State of Colorado.
In no way does this option relieve the undersigned from compliance with all
applicable City codes and ordinances relative to the proposed construction. Any
errors or omissions in said plans shall be the sole responsibility of the undersigned
and professional reviewer of the plans.
Applicant must submit all documents identified in the City's
Building Permit Application Submittal Requirements.
