On April 9, 19, 30, May 3, 13, and 15, 2002, Weeks & Associates observed the foundation
construction for the referenced site.
Observations indicate the footing sizes, pad sizes and footing,
reinforcement steel were completed in substantial Conformance awith lltheer, and wall
plans and
recommendations for the project.
