Eisenhower, Suite 230 Loveland, Colorado 80537 Project No.: 5575-05-49-03 Gentlemen: We have visually observed the wall reinforcing placed in the forms at the residence under construction at Lot 115, Registry Ridge 3rd, 7039 Sculpin Court, a subdivision of Fort Collins, Colorado. This observation was performed on November 24, 2004. It is our opinion that the reinforcement was in general conformance with the foundation plan, drawn by MNA, Inc., Plan No. 1025, Full Basement. Givit We have visually observed the footing forms placed at the residence under construction at Lot 115, Registry Ridge 3rd, 7039 Sculpin Court, a subdivision of Fort Collins, Colorado. This observation was performed on November 19, 2004. It is our opinion that the footing and pad form widths, void placement, and steel reinforcing were in general conformance with the foundation plan, drawn by MNA, Inc., Plan No. 1025, Elevation C, Full Basement. No substantial amounts of loose material were noted below footing, wall or pad bearing locations. This observation does not, nor was it intended to cover setback requirements. It is the contractors/owners responsibility to verify that the home has been located within the appropriate building setbacks. If you have any questions, please feel free to call. Eisenhower, Suite 230 Loveland, Colorado 80537 Project No.: 5575-05-49-04 Gentlemen: On December 2, 2004, a representative of Scott, Cox & Associates, Inc. visually observed the perimeter drain system and damp -proofing for the new residence under construction at Lot 115, Registry Ridge 3rd, 7039 Sculpin Court, a subdivision of Fort Collins, Colorado. We observed that the completed drain system consisted of perforated rigid PVC pipe surrounded by gravel, overlying a plastic liner, set outside of the foundation walls. The drain appeared to be located below the footing level and is to discharge to an interior sump pit. We observed that the damp -proofing consisted of asphaltic spray -on coating. It appeared that the damp -proofing coating adequately covered the foundation wall. As a result of our observations, it is our opinion that the drainage system and damp -proofing were in general conformance with the plans and specifications.
