Gentlemen:
We have visually observed the wall reinforcing and void material placed in the forms at the
residence under construction at Lot 203, Registry Ridge, (1215 Truxun Drive), a subdivision of
Fort Collins, Colorado. This observation was performed on June 24, 2002.
It is our opinion that the reinforcement was in general conformance with the foundation plan
drawn by MNA, Inc., Plan No. 1021.
