Huntland Drive Suite 201 Austin, Texas 78752 Re: Cimmaron West Detention Pond Dear Mr. Woerner, Thankyou for taking the time this morning to discuss with me the above referenced topic. Attached please find a photocopied portion of the final approved utility plans for the Cimmaron West P.U.D showing the southeast detention pond. Last week I was informed that this pond was not constructed to the dimensions shown on the plan resulting in a s-fgnificant reduction in storage capacity. In a major storm, flooding of both the adjacent street and the property to the north will result from this undersizing. The City does not wish to be put at risk for potential damages that could result from the incorrect construction of this pond. Therefore, as we discussed in our phone conversation, until an agreement can be reached regarding the rectification of this problein.no further. Certificates of Occupancy will be released.. for the units within this P.U.D. Please call me at (303) 221-6605 after you have the investigated the issue with your staff and contractors so that we can quickly resolve this matter.
