Gentlemen:
We have visually observed the footing forms placed at the residence under construction at Lots 23
& 24, Storybook Patio Homes, (2126-2 R2 Chesapeake Drive), a subdivision of Fort Collins,
Colorado. This observation was performed on June 12, & June 19, 2002.
It is our opinion that the form widths were in general conformance3 with our foundation plan,
Job No. 1113-08-24-02. No substantial amounts of loose material were noted below footing,
wall or pad bearing locations.
This observation does not, nor was it intended to cover setback requirements. It is the
contractors/owners responsibility to verify that the home has been located within the appropriate
building setbacks.
