A representative of Terracon observed the foundation construction for the above
referenced lot within the Ponds at Overland Trail on March 22, and 25, 2002, as
requested.
Observations indicated that the foundation footing sizes and wall steel placements were
constructed in general accordance with the plans and specifications for this project.
