Re: Grease trap for the Pizza Guy, at 2567 South Shields Street, Unit 4-C
Dear Mr. Martinez:
After reviewing the plans for the proposed Pizza Guy restaurant and discussing it's operation
rant to open without the installation
with You, the decision has been made to allow the restauof a grease trap.
Please be advised that in the future, as part of a program to further limit
system, the Water Utilities Department will be monitoring sani grease in the sewer
throughout the City. If grease is being introduced into the sewer r from sewer mains
restaurant, services
will be required to install a grease trap to kee y
r system. In the event
that you refuse to comply, the City has the rights too discontinue) water eservice to the premises
until compliance with the grease regulations are met.
